During year 2016 celduc® relais has been busy working on the implementation of our new Enterprise Ressource Planning (ERP) system which will be effective from the 1st of January 2017.
Changes for celduc’s customers:
While most of the changes resulting from this new ERP system will be transparent for our customers, all the documentation issued from the systems, such as quotations, order acknowledgments, delivery notes and invoices will have a new look.
We have spent a long time testing this new system and we are also providing extensive training to all internal users. Should you experience any issue once our system has been launched, please report it to your usual contact at celduc®relais.
